TRAIL SUMMARY
Upper Graveyard is a popular trail within the Santa Clara and Ivins area. The path is easy to follow and leads to other trails that connect to the Anasazi Tempi’po’op trail junction. At this point, trails like Anasazi Tempi’po’op, Een’oog, Lower Graveyard, and Cholla can all be accessed. Because the trail is short and easy to follow, it is a great place to walk a dog and enjoy the area. The trail is named for the large wash visible from the northeastern edge of the trail. Fishhook trail also connects to Upper Graveyard

DIRECTIONS TO TRAILHEAD
Directions to Trailhead. From St George, head north on Bluff Street for 2.1 miles and turn left onto Sunset Blvd. Continue 4.5 miles through Santa Clara, and as you head up the hill toward Ivins, take the first left. This road will quickly turn to dirt and should lead you down, across a wash and to a large parking area for the trail head. Graveyard Wash trailhead is on the right with space to park. It is a few hundred feet before the Tukupetsi trailhead. There is a sign indicating area.
Upper Graveyard begins right from the gate after parking.
