HikeStGeorge is a project that began as a seedling for Tim LeBaron in the early part of 2008, but really didn’t begin to blossom until the latter part of 2011. The original idea behind the site was to bring to light all of the harder to find, or “less known” hidden gems of the area. It was more of a pet project than anything. As excitement about the site began to spread, there was more of a push to develop information about all hikes in the Southern Utah Region.

Whether you’ve been hiking, biking, golfing or boating, after a day of adventuring in the St George area, you deserve to be treated to great food! The Fish Rock Grille provides fine dining for the whole family. It is located just 5 minutes north of Bluff Street, and you’ll love the backdrop of Snow Canyon State Park as you sit down and eat your meal! Many people think that this restaurant is private, or that you have to have reservations to eat there, but that is not the case. It is open to the public, and reservations are encouraged (especially for parties of six or more), but not required.

The Fish Rock Grille is named for the colored band in the sandstone to the north-east of the Club House, so although they do serve fish, they provide a variety of food offerings.

You can dine in the spacious and beautiful dining room, or let your outdoor adventure continue by eating on the covered patio. The delicious food and incredible views will make it difficult to leave at the end of your meal.
